Request account deletion
Send your request
Email support@marketsprep.com with the subject “Market Prep account deletion”. Use your account email where possible. If you cannot access it, explain this to support. Never send a password or verification code.
What happens next
We verify that the account belongs to you before processing the request. Sending an email does not automatically delete your account. Support will explain any information needed and confirm the outcome.
What account deletion covers
Deletion removes your Market Prep sign-in account and its linked reader-access record. You will no longer be able to sign in through that account. Support correspondence, service-provider logs and backups are handled separately; deleting an account does not immediately erase every copy.
Subscriptions
Purchasing is not currently available. If you hold an Apple or Google subscription in a future version, account deletion and cancellation are separate: cancel through the store to stop renewal.
